Naimi-Selari-Nykantia (call her Nyx!) is from the Netflix series "The Dragon Prince". She's a Skywind elf, one of the rare one out of ten who possesses actual wings.

I'm voice testing her slowly--she's only in 3 episodes so far, but I really hope to see more of her!
